It’s 30 minutes and 9 stations, where your kick and punch your way through a seemingly easy but truely grueling 9, 3 minute rounds. 30 seconds break in between each round and you’re onto the next, so boredom never creeps in. It’s high intensity but in quick spurts, leaves you feeling accomplished and strong.
